NAUS Studio(운영 쉐어월드)의 ‘인스타 자동 DM’은 인스타그램 프로페셔널 계정의 소유자(회사 또는 자기 계정을 연결한 회원)가 정한 규칙에 따라, 그 계정 게시물에 댓글을 단 사람에게 공식 Instagram API 로 공개 답글과 안내 메시지(DM)를 보냅니다. 이때 받는 정보와 보관 기간은 다음과 같습니다. 인스타그램 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다.
- 계정을 연결한 사람: 인스타그램 사용자 ID·사용자 이름·이름·계정 유형·팔로워 수·게시물 목록, 액세스 토큰(AES-256-GCM 으로 암호화 보관). 연결을 해제하면 즉시 지웁니다.
- 댓글을 단 사람: 댓글 ID·게시물 ID, 인스타그램 ID·사용자 이름, 댓글 내용, 보낸 답글·메시지와 시각, 누른 버튼·팔로우 확인 결과. 1년이 지나면 자동으로 지웁니다.
- Meta 웹훅 알림 원문: 받은 뒤 7일이 지나면 자동으로 지웁니다.
인스타그램 데이터 삭제 방법
- 인스타그램 앱 › 설정 › 웹사이트 권한 › 앱 및 웹사이트에서 NAUS 를 제거하고 데이터 삭제를 요청하세요. Meta 가 보내는 삭제 요청을 받는 즉시 그 사람의 기록을 지우고, 확인 번호와 이 페이지의 처리 상태 주소(naus.live/data-deletion?code=확인 번호)를 돌려드립니다.
- 계정을 연결한 회원은 NAUS 화면에서 [연결 해제]를 누르면 토큰·계정 정보가 바로 지워지고 자동 DM 이 멈춥니다. 남은 기록까지 지우려면 아래 3번으로 요청하세요.
- 또는 shareworldpaul10@gmail.com 로 인스타그램 사용자 이름과 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 확인 뒤 지체 없이(늦어도 7일 이내) 지우고 회신합니다.
Google·YouTube 데이터
Google 보안 설정 페이지에서 NAUS 의 권한을 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하거나 shareworldpaul10@gmail.com 로 Google 계정 이메일과 함께 요청하면 보관 중인 토큰과 관련 기록을 7일 이내에 지웁니다. 회원 탈퇴 때도 함께 지웁니다(법령상 보관해야 하는 결제 기록은 정해진 기간 동안만 따로 보관).

The “Instagram auto DM” feature of NAUS Studio (operated by ShareWorld (쉐어월드)) lets the owner of an Instagram professional account — the Company or a member who connects their own account — send a public reply and a direct message (DM) through the official Instagram API to people who comment on that account’s posts, following rules the owner sets. This is the data we receive and how long we keep it. We never receive Instagram passwords.
- People who connect an account: Instagram user ID, username, name, account type, follower count, list of posts, and the access token (stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM). Deleted immediately when the account is disconnected.
- People who comment: comment ID and post ID, Instagram ID and username, comment text, the replies and messages we sent with their time, buttons tapped and the follow-check result. Deleted automatically after one year.
- Raw Meta webhook notifications: deleted automatically 7 days after receipt.
How to delete your Instagram data
- In the Instagram app, go to Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites, remove NAUS and request data deletion. As soon as we receive Meta’s deletion request we delete that person’s records and return a confirmation code and a status page on this site (naus.live/data-deletion?code=CONFIRMATION_CODE).
- Members who connected an account can press [Disconnect] in NAUS: the token and account details are deleted immediately and auto DMs stop. To delete the remaining records too, use option 3.
- Or email shareworldpaul10@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We will verify the request, delete your data without delay (within 7 days at the latest) and reply.
Google and YouTube data
You can revoke NAUS’s access at any time on the Google security settings page. When you revoke access, or email shareworldpaul10@gmail.com with your Google account email, we delete the stored tokens and related records within 7 days. They are also deleted when you delete your NAUS account (payment records we must keep by law are kept separately, only for the required period).
